How can i make a gambling website?

I've won about 40BTC through primedice and i wish to open my own gambling website.


I know basic HTML and some css only though , as far as i can tell i need js but is there an easier way

You should invest in just-dice.com or coinlenders.com instead.

Creating a website will cost you a lot, and it might dead quickly. You are brand new and not trusted here.
And 40 btc is not enough to start a bankroll.

You can still hire a developper and pay him to code a casino for you ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 ), but I would not recommend you to do so.
