Is it possible or will it be possible to connect ledger nano s with electrum and send bitcoin from a specific address?
Right now when i connect ledger with electrum i can't choose the address that i want to send the bitcoins because ledger chooses for me.

I can't confirm if that's possible since I don't have a Nano S, but can you go to the Addresses tab (View -> Addresses), and see if you can see all your addresses? Then, try to right click and select "Spend from"; If this works, Electrum will put the inputs from the address in the "From" field on the Send tab.

Yes... You simply go to either the "Addresses" tab... or the "Coins" tab... ("View -> Show Addresses" and "View -> Show Coins" if you can't see those tabs).

Right click on the address you want to send coins from and select "Spend From". You may need to change the "Receiving"/"Change" filter to find the address you want.

NOTE: the address you want to send from actually needs to have coins in it... you can't just send from any address in your wallet. This is a Bitcoin limitation, NOT a ledger or Electrum limitation.
