I agree with you about your statement regarding about their vision in their project, but I think they have already idea on how to increase their market publicity because they also have spend a lot of their time and efforts to make this project successful.

If i got it right, i think it will be in South Africa, where this project has all started. It is quite reasonable to put their main office there, and i've read too that they have partnered in a government institution there in South Africa, if my memory serves me right.

Well no one can tell me where the office is based, and in a nice smart city eco it's a lot of ways to get lost in the way of work, well, you know how many ICOs are and they're the only ones I know they're scammers, so not it really does not work like this system so I can not figure it out but it still works.

I am now thinking on how they will manage all of the four feature of this project. In my opinion, it is the right of the token holder to choose whether he hold or sell his token. But we should address to the community that holding of SCE is like holding our future because few more months and years, the price of this token will become double times than their ICO price.
