much pool miners means much money?
or for example 10 miners is better than 100miners in a pool?
or 100miners profits better than 10miners?

its all about finding blocks. less miners (less hash rate) less chances to find block. If pool is to low on hash rate VS the network hash rate, then its better to have more "power". G

Can someone help a newbie out?
This will be the first coin I've mined, and I'd like to join this pool.
I've registered with the cryptominer.net/ site, and have my worker setup I've created a Batch file with the following info in:
cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://sxc.cryptominer.net:3353 -u xxxxxxx -p workerpw -I xxxxxx AND -I 20 -g 1 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 35960 (xxxx's are my worker details)
But, once I run it, it flashes up, and instantly disappears.
Can someone tell me what I'm missing please, as I'd like to get my R9 290 Card working in this pool.
Cheers

Cheers GoaHeadz for that. I "think" I'm up and running now, BUT in my statistics on the cryptominer.net site, my hash rate is showing 0kh/s.... is that normal - ie it will show up at a later time, or should it show up pretty instantly? Does anything look particularly wrong with my setup here? Thanks in advance

How can I withdraw my coins from the pool (get a payout)? I don't see any button on the web site for doing that.

Threshold set to 10 SXC now. Just set your payout address and automatic payout threshold to anything you want (under My Account page). If you reach that amount, you will be payed automatically.
