Recently FUN and RISE delisted from Bittrex. What are the reasons that exchanges delist coins? Is there any way to know that any exchange going to delist any coin?
1. Look at the trading volumes of a coins on the exchange you're interested in. Exchanges make their profits by charging trading fees. The more trading volume of the coin the more profits they get out of it.The lower the trading volume of a coin the higher the possibility of delisting. That way you can make some predictions.
2. Subscribe to the news of exchanges you're interested in. They usually send notifications before delisting coins from the trading list or adding new ones. That way you'll be aware about delisting among the first.
3. Follow the exchanges' social profiles. They also often post their plans for delisting there.
4. Some of the issued tokens are security tokens. More recently, these tokens are being removed for regulatory reasons even if they have a big trading volumes.

There's no way that we will know that the coins will be delisted by certain exchanges. Perhaps the only indication is that the coins hasn't been pump in the last couple of months, meaning low volume. Or they are no news from the dev itself about the roadmaps and their plans about the coins.

Although last year, when some coins were delisted, most of the devs cry "unfair" because at the background they said that they are still much active though and that they haven't been given enough time by the exchanges.

i was reading about two possible scenarios for Funfair on web. First was about how Funfair did not compile with KYC and AML and some other things bittrex did not like, but the other one was more interesting to me. As it was delisted right before showing a MVP and getting licensed for gambling industry, bittrex team delisted it to cut its biggest market - price fell , and buy cheap Funfair to get massive gains as they are going to list it again. Always dyor.

I think that the reason it is the lack of trading volume. It is make sense that Exchange don't want to spend money for service of listing if they don't get enough fees from this trading pairs.

it should be because the volume of that coins or token is dead. bittrex usually sent an email to the user before they remove it from the list.

I recommend to subscribe to subreddits in reddit about this exchange. You will spend only 5 minutes and you will always know the most useful information about any event. This is very useful information, but it is  unverified sometimes, but it is still useful to know first. One hour can save a lot of money.

Nope, there isn't a way to know it, beside being an insider. Such information cost a lot, because in most cases delisted coins are losing significant value on delisting announce.

In big exchanges zero volume can be reason for delisting. Or any other satisfactory reason. For example, if you looked at the tweet of CEO of binance about BTC SV delisting, you understood.

I think the reason coins get delisted in exchanges is when there is not much activity going on for the project, like low trading volume, etc

Trading volume decreases to the cause of coins being discharged from exchanges.
each exchanger has restrictions and rules for delisting a coin.
be careful when choosing coins.

Some exchange delist the coin, because many reason but i think the main reason is because because is no trading volume, and not give  benefits to exchanges. And about delist, some exchange give information to email, like my national exchange, he email us say coins will delist so we can anticipation it

If you are subscribed to their newsletter you will receive a notification what coins they are going to delist, they delist coins primarily because of the lack of volume, this is to make room for new coins and of course to decongest their database.

Well all exchanges need to take care their reputation, they need to maintain their credibility to maintain the volume of traders coming to their platform everyday. This only  be happen if they got a good coins to be traded, which traders will assure to have buy and sell every minute. Then coins delisted came out, they need to eliminate those bad coins which make their exchange looks dead.

Generally the major cause of an exchange delisting a particular cryptocurrency is often down to low trading volume.

More often than not this is the case because exchanges profit from charging trading fees on different cryptocurrencies running on their platform but any case where a coin just sit there its community is not training and the coin is not moving at all then there's no point just overloading their servers so they tend to delist this kind of coins.

However decentralized exchanges do not have this problem as this is an open source exchange where any coin can be listed so in this case of delisting on centralised exchanges the coins will still be existing on the decentralised exchanges

Right mate because traders can be lured with the exchange good reputation and this can be damage by shitcoins or non active currency, thats why some exchanges need to delist thos inactive coin and may listed again upon activity depending to the dev of the said coin and the decision of the exchange company.this has same issue with Coinmarketcap in which some coins need to be delisted

Coin delisting keeps happening at different exchanges so need to watch carefully. Bittrex is good in sending email notifications but for some you have to watch their twitter feed or web page.

Is there any way to know that any exchange going to delist any coin?

If the coin's team isn't making any development, trading volume is low, more probably if it's a sh*tcoin who just sits on the exchange making that specific exchange babysitting sh*t  Grin If you are a holder and a part of their community, you would know exactly what is wrong and if it's a sh*tcoin or not and if it is, expect it would be delisted. False promise is number 1
