Earnings are low atm. If things won't be better soon, you'll never reach ROI within 12 months.

You want to hit the pedal really hard You could probably spare a little on some pieces of hardware like CPU (celeron is enough), RAM (16Gb is not necessary for mining), SSD 64Gb should be enough, risers take some chinese ones. Why did you chose the 1080Ti ? It's a serious investment while there may be more profitable choices. With that amount of money, you could buy when cryptocurrency are at the lowest level and sell back a couple of days / weeks later.

1600 watts might be a bit low for 6 1080 TI, especially for the one that also has to power the MB, CPU, RAM, SSD etc. It will work, since you can always just set the power limit down, but there might be circumstances where you would want to run at a higher power output. Depends on the algo also of course.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

Hello, your power supply might be low because GTX 1080TI drain a bit more power like 250w per card and extra power supply is always good to have. I would go with 3 power supply, and profit isnt quite good these days but if BTC price goes up then you will earn more.

Yeah you only need 8 GB ram max.
Don't need more than 120 GB hard drive (60 GB bare minimum).
Only need a Celeron processor.
If you're going to buy ATX power supplies (not server ones), you may as well get the Corsair AX 1500i. Generally better than the EVGA.
Buy a third pack of risers in case some of the risers are bad.
1080 Ti may not be the best rig to start with, also very expensive. 1070 and 1070 Ti are better choices imho.

You should buy some less expensive stuff for the things that aren't used for mining. You can get by with a cheaper CPU, less RAM, and less space on your SSD. It would save you some money. Don't cheap out on a PSU though, the rig runs 24/7 and cheap ones can cause fires.
Also, you have to look at what you want to mine. A 1080 is a great card, but may not be the best in terms of price/revenue/electricity cost based on what coin you want to mine.
Bottom line is you're spending a lot of money on things that are not needed. Save some money.

i would never pay more than 800$ for a 1080ti. i just got 2 new 1080tis today that i sniped off of amazon. i literally snipe down 3-4 1080tis on amazon everyweek at msrp. you'll never comfortably ROI 1200$ cards, especially if rumors are true, and the new series of nvidia cards gets released. good luck.

Would you recommend getting 3x Corsair AX 1200i? Its cheaper and offers more power. Can i connect all 3 of those to my motherboard? Thank you for the insight Thank you for all the replies!

Yes you can. ASUS B250 MINING EXPERT motherboard have 3 ports for 24 pin, perfect for 3 PSU-s. So yes this motherboard offers you place where to connect all the 3 PSU and every Corsair PSU in mining for me it is the best, of course after Seasonic which is the AK47 of all PSU-S .

atm, your spec very expensive but I know maybe you have an unlimited budget. but not wrong if you do efficiency the budgeting. if you want, you can change a bit spec of CPU. for GPUs, I think to buy 1070ti than of the 1080ti. besides the cheap price also you can add the amount of VGA if the difference per one VGA $ 100 or more.the consequences add more PSUs but you have more hashrate.

i probably wouldnt order 14.4k worth of gpus at this stage. (inflated existing gpu prices/new cards on the horizon/lower crypto prices) buy used or something that gives you better roi. invest when things change a bit
