Agreed to terms in pm and we have contacted john k to do escrow.

Beware. This guy makes a deal with me, then gets higher offer after deal is made, and backs out on me, with excuse, other guy doesn't wanna do escrow so I can ship today. So I'm sending to him.

Bad business. Don't make a deal then go to an offer later. I'd you wanted more, you should have not come to terms with me.

Its fine, just think people need to know how you conduct business. You obviously don't do business in the real world.

Lol now he pm and says he offered better deal.  I hope someone offers you even better then whoever that was after you ship it....you might have the package intercepted and returned to you and screw that buyer too.  Sad.

Danieldaniel asks for offers on an iPad2.  We come to terms that he will sell for 1.25 btc with escrow, then gets better offer after agreeing to my offer, and backs out. This user does not understand business. If you make a deal, you honor it.  Well, you SHOULD honor it. Obviously he does not.

Because I wouldn't have actually sold it until Monday.  I wouldn't have done it if you paid already, but you wouldn't have paid until Monday.  Sad

No, I had to delete them to delete the thread (according to malevolent).

You can ask him.  He instructed me to delete the posts.

I got a report from danieldaniel who wanted to have his thread removed and I told him that he'd have to delete other peoples' posts if he wanted to delete his thread. It was a self-moderated thread so he could delete any replies he wanted. I got a PM now from him to confirm this in this thread.

One:  you shouldn't need to delete the thread if there's nothing to be ashamed of.

Two: you can't ship anything today, its Saturday afternoon. And I'm sure you aren't going to pay a bunch of extra to ship on a Sunday. So stop with the bs.

You renigged on your word. No big deal. Just letting people know how you roll.

One: I don't want to spam up the subforum with finished deals.

Two: I can ship USPS packages today (and did).  USPS still delivers mail on Saturday, so I put the package in my mailbox.

Ashamed?  I'm not ashamed, and I am not deleting the thread.  It happened, it is on the record.

I will say that I did not lose any money on this, so he did not scam me.  Just a bad business person in my opinion.  But, you gotta do what you gotta do.  I have no less love or hate for the man than I did before, which was 0 both ways.

He sold his product, so that is all that matters.

I am of the opinion that if you agreed to follow through with the transaction on Monday, then you should follow through with that agreement. (idk what the terms of the deal were. Just saying)

I would have followed through. The point is after he made the deal, he got a different offer and sold it out from under me.  If we hadn't cemented the deal, I woukdnt care. Point is he made a deal then backed out because he got a better deal.
