Some cool features I like:
Be the bank (invest!)
Chat
Automated bot built in (eh)
Simple but effective layouts.

What makes anything successful? Actually doing what it says on the box. Provable fair. Have a look at some of the top sites features.

Fast and good looking interface. Good looking is not primordial in the Bitcoin world but it may help bring more casual players.

For me, the site layout must be attractive and easy-to-use (functionality is key). Aside from the standard "provably fair" it should be off the blockchain (faster transactions) and have a chat.

I just want instant payouts. Anything else is secondary, other than provable fairness.

The n#1 right now imo is trustability/credibility. I think there are a lot of casinos atm where the moment you go on a lucky streak and win really big, chances are they won't be able to pay you out
