Rates will be based on the current average trade value on TradeHill.com (mainly because that is where my trading account is located). Prices do include an 8% Tax (6% state tax, 2% local tax), which we pay in regular USD to keep everything legal. The trade value used is at the time of check-in OR at the time of pre-payment.
