You can't just "Upgrade" from a different architecture 32 to 64bit.

You are going to need to download the 64 bit iso image and burn it to a disk and boot into it then do a fresh install. Oh and if you are just going to use it for a mining machine you probably want watt OS or Lubuntu, Both are built on ubuntu but use far less resources, After you get the new OS installed then you will want to install the newest version of CG miner.

3) help trouble shoot hooking up 150 USB sticks with Aker Powered HUBS. I can ot seem to get past 10 full Hubs onto one laptop connecting multiple powered hubs.

You cannot hookup 150 USB sticks to one computer because USB has a limit of 127 including hubs.  So you just cannot hook so many up to one controller and your laptop may have only one controller.    How many do you have coming out of each hub?

I can pay in BTC and appreciate anyone willing to help me.  I had a friend helping me before that is busy now.

Maybe you can buy a Rasberry PI.  See www.bitcoinstore.com or www.bitmit.com

That's my 0.02 BTC worth.  Wink

Coinsbank: Left money in their costodial wallet for my signature.  Then they kept the money.
