At this price point most web hosting companies usually provide from 100GB to 500GB of bandwidth per month instead of your 7GB. I could understand it if you had fast SSDs, 1Gbps ports and cloud services included, but I don't see any of this in the OP. So yeah, you could PM me or just post it here.

Its not for file hosting or video streaming. Theres plenty of free services for that (YouTube, Vimeo, Mediafire, etc)

Target audience would be anyone needing to host ... pretty much anything except direct download hosting and video streaming
