I would seriously have to advise anyone AGAINST investing in Genesis mining contacts.
My experience over the last 2 months sucks a55, here is what has happened so far!
I purchased my contract about 2 months ago, a small 1000H/s monero mining contract. For the first 30 days, since its a credit card they hold your payouts, which is totally acceptable. Then after 30 days they switch it over to the payout list area. Now heres my gripe....
There are around 10-12 days in which NO xmr payout is listed, i keep opening tickets and all i get is some simple gimp continually replying that the payment has been added to my payout amount but will not show me where or how it was, i cannot find any payments for 10+ days of XMR and im supposed to just accept their word for it. Are they serious? Who the eff does business that way? Imagine you bought bitcoin and someone assured you it was in your wallet but you cannot see it?
I am not on my 6th ticket, 5 replys are so effing stoopid its mind blowing...

Thank you for contacting us and we apologize for the delayed reply. Since the hold period for your contracts ended, all the accumulated payouts were transferred to the PAYOUTS section but not to your wallet because the amount to be sent is too small. The minimum amount to be paid out is 0.4 XMR, so your payouts are accumulating in your coin balance and will be sent to you when they reach the minimum amount for transfer. Since currently we don't have a 'total balance' option in the PAYOUTS section, you can get more information by hovering your mouse over an "i" icon under "My payouts" section on your account for each mining day and summing them up. However, our IT department has informed us about a technical glitch in our payout engine, so as a result, some reports are not visible in accounts. Balances were updated accordingly and these coins will be sent to your wallet, along with the others, during the next transfer. So, you don't have to worry, everything is in order with your mining and your payouts and as soon as they reach 0.4 XMR, they will be automatically sent to your wallet. Another thing, the graphs on our website are based on payouts, so until payouts to your wallet occur, they will show nothing. Thank you for your understanding.

First of all, we apologize for a delayed response. We are receiving a significant number of tickets at the moment. You can read about the reasons on our blog. We are doing our best to get back to our customers in the shortest time possible and your patience and understanding is highly appreciated!
Our IT department has informed us about a technical glitch in our payout engine so, as a result, some payout reports are/were not visible (for example XMR mining days 26 - 29 01 etc.) but transfers to the wallet have been made, balances were properly updated (coins were added to total balance even though payout report is not visible) and these coins already are or will be sent to your wallet, included in the next transfer (along with all the coins balanced until the minimum amount for transfer is reached). Also, it may happen that you have not received some payouts to your wallet immediately due to them being under the minimum amount of transfer. On our customer's requests and a large number of complaints towards wallets which charge high transaction fees, we have increased minimum amounts to be transferred. Your payout amounts are always accumulating in your coin balance and are paid out to you when the amount reaches the minimum amount required for transfer. The XMR minimum payout amount is 0.4 XMR. Unfortunately, we do not have a Total balance option yet on the website but we hope in the near future that will be one of the features we add to improve customer review of their account. You can see each payout individually on PAYOUTS page and check an "i" icon next to each payout for additional info about payout amount.
If you are missing a report for mining day when transfer to the wallet should have happened (amount is above 0.4 XMR), please first check your wallet directly and look for the amount of 0.4 XMR on dates after that mining day.
If coins weren't transferred to your wallet, contact us by replying to this e-mail and we will check it with our IT department. For all other inquiries besides the one from the subject of your ticket (missing Crypronight XMR payout for mining day 26. January 2018. (and other mentioned mining days)), you will have to create a new ticket.
Please keep in mind that all new tickets with the same inquiry will be automatically closed. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

again, another rude leader of industry, how can I check if its missing when I don't effing know how much is missing???
I can draw the conclusion that the requirements to work at genesis mining are not very high!
Invest in genesis? Wow not really a good move and I'm so happy I only got the 1 small contract, there clowns cannot add a balance page to your profile where you can actually see how much they owe you!
Really useless!
