I think people here should show some evidence that they really were shipped out of order before anyone really believes it...

Could just be a mistake, a coincidence, ... or an effort to trigger mass refund requests.

My gut is telling me there is some trolling going on.

Would be very interested to see verified reports of the allegations being made that orders have been "force shipped" as a result of a chargeback/refund request.

Edit: Wellokthen. So the evidence has been presented, and does not look good for Butterfly Labs.

You would have to be stupid NOT to sign for that package.  60Ghz for $1333 with the key part about being DELIVERED NOW you really should take it.  If it was at $2500 for 50ghz that would not be such a profitable deal.

Another root may also be not to pay the import costs, this will in most countries result in a return to sender.

Lets face it, import costs are calculated on declared value. If BFL declare the value at full paid cost this is now a lie, the goods have little significant value now.

Well, if you had a post-price increase order I guess I'd be a little worried about ROI but if you have the old orders from back when the Single SC was $1299 I wouldn't be too worried.  You might not make a ton of money but if they ship it to you right now you'd likely recover your investment over the next 3-4 months.  It's stunning how much the returns have dropped over the last two months but they still generate meaningful amounts of BTC so I wouldn't be too worried.  Honestly you'll probably be positive for ROI over a year.
