I dont think there are any right now, TenX used to be one among a few. VISA disconnected all these cards off their network.

You will have to wait a bit and see, Tokenpay will be launching one and they said they are able to launch one despite that TenX and Visa issue. Time will tell if they pull it off.

Of course it will depend on your local country and fiat currency. TenX who used to be the biggest player in that space didnt cater for all fiat currencies across the world.

Dogs are nice, I don't like cats though.

I do not think it is such a card. But I heard a new project called Fuzex card. You can pair bitcoin and ethereum wallets. You can include 30 credit cards.
I think you should look.

Iam new for bitcoin. How to apply bitcoin debit card ?

It depends on the country of residence, but anyway you can find a list of the cards from 2018 in the follow link: http://www.bestbitcoincard.com
There are many, as you can see. I have one and I have never used it, because is not accepted at anyplace in my city …yet (hopefully)

But i recommend you to use a bitcoin wallet and not a debit card, if you want to use your btc to pay in some shop you can use your cellphone as wallet for this.

 Hi

The list of merchants that accept Bitcoin is continuously expanding, it’s still not possible to buy everything with Bitcoin. However, thanks to several companies in the Bitcoin ecosystem you can now order your own Bitcoin debit card. It’s as simple as it sounds – a debit card that is connected to your Bitcoin balance. These are the company who provide the bitcoin debit card Cryptopay,Xapo,Wirex,Shift,Bitpay.

Most of these cards are more or less the same. They probably all use the same card supplier to run their business as well and the difference is only in their branding. Personally I’d advise to make sure the card you choose is available in your country and then use the one with the lowest fees

A few suggestions I'd make are:
Cryptopay
Spectrocoin
Uquid
Bitpay

..there are a few more but I'll give you a link to reference so you can compare options. Luckily, there are many  Smiley

Hope this helps!
