美国总统特朗普（Donald Trump）周一表示，他计划最快于本周宣布一项贸易“互惠税”， 将矛头对准那些“占美国便宜”的国家。。

报道称，特朗普对“互惠税”的构想目前还没有正式方案。特朗普是在白宫与市长和州长会晤讨论基建计划的时候发表的这番评论。

特朗普说，美国要对那些“占美国便宜”的国家收费，其中一些是所谓的盟友，但它们和美国在贸易上并不是盟友。他表示，美国要做的就是征收“互惠税”，本周和未来几个月会有消息公布。

一位美国政府高级官员在这次会晤后表示，对那些向美国产品征收关税的国家，特朗普考虑“以牙还牙”。这位官员说，“互惠税”简而言之就是“你对我们做什么，我们就对你做什么”。这位官员表示，目前还没有形成正式的方案。

特朗普承诺要修改美国的贸易协议，认为这些协议过时而且不利于美国经济。他在竞选期间就承诺要征收新关税，之前也谈论过“互惠税”，但没有公布太多细节。
