We don't have checked/verified sellers here. If you want to buy/sell accounts, you just make an thread in 'Invites & accounts' section. As for documents (ID, residence etc.) then It's against the rules.

@OmegaStarScream answered nicley, I just want to add some thinges below:

For documents you will most likley have to go on some dark market as honestly it is illegal thing to do and I don't want to advise you to do this as if you don't do it right you could end up in some trouble.

Why not make account with your own documents since verification don't take too long or use document of your friends would be a good idea..
This is not a place honestly to find that account mostly many seller of wirex  is in any marketing forums like in bhw..
You can also use some fake documents in auto generated from a site i forgot the name but you can try to use "fake name generator" in search engine they are giving fake document but i  don't think if it will work in wirex..
