[WTB] Adwords VCC

I need virtual credit cards that are working 100% with adwords. US or EU billing address

- Card must be compatible with AVS (address verification system)
- Reloadable or one time use with possibility to have at least $30 on the first top-up
- US or EU billing address
- Unlimited number of cards.

It must be something not patched by adwords and not abused by blackhat people. I'm doing whitehat ads and I pay for adwords so I need something that is going to work for long term.
