We all know that there are so many cryptocurrency in the market nowadays, but i was amazed about the different currencies and its market value.

However, there are many alternative sites for learn value of crypto currencies. But coinmarketcap is very useful. Coinmarketcap is the easiest to use.
Also when any coin listed on coinmarket after that the coin is pumping. Be careful about that.

strymex good for traders, but for general peek, I still would prefer CMC over it.

This is a very helpful especially for those newbie here in crypto world. They will help a lot specially searching for coin that have a low market cap value and low total supply coin. Keep sharing everyone. Thank you so much.

Am I right to say market cap is calculated based on number of tokens in circulation, and not total supply of coins? Because some portion of supply is usually not fully circulated upon ico

I would say, coinmarketcap is designed for the general public, for anyone starting into crypto. The interface is easy, the graphs are not too complicated. As I am getting more into cryptocurrencies I realize that, and need more detailed reports, graphs and charts if I am doing extensive research

You are absolutely right with that. The marketcap is calculated like this:

i prefer to use CCN.com for crypto market index the website is fully enhanced in analytics on crypto market index
