Question regarding mining

I tried to find a good description for what PPSW means when it comes to pool mining and distribution of the block. But google did not return any viable answers - I only found PPS, and even that did I not understand.

Is there someone who kan ELI5 what the different PPSW and others means?

Are you sure thats how its called? Seems to me like a combination of PPS and PoW haha
