i am a newcomer fom germany... and need some help regarding the Telegram ICO. There is a lot of scam in the web and i am totally confused... which is the official Webpage?
I have:
ico-ton.com
ico-ton.org and some more....

Is there anyone who can help me please?

There are still no official sites, only rumors or scams. Good thing you have bitcointalk.org, and even better thing that you asked before investing.

If it's hard to find any "ICO" website on google, then you should know those are probobly only scams.


Here you have two sites that claim, that Telegram hasn't even annouced when ICO begins or even their official site:
