I don't get these offers why would I buy it? With typical electric prices $0.11kw/h it would take 1.5half years to break even difficulty increase for sure new miner will be released then this will cost maybe $500 and probably never make any money???
There are offers now in forum where I could get my money back in 3-4 months....

No one is going to pay that price. They are just simply not worth that when compared to other models out there.  ROI at your price is never.
