That would be incorrect grammar. The "n" for "An" is only added when the word that follows starts with a vowel sound. The correct spelling is "A RCA vulnerability..." Additionally, the "a" versus "an" choice should be based on the sound of the first letter of the word that follows, not an acronym as is written above.

RCE == Remote Code Execution. It's not a word, it's three letters.
