Ethereum smart contract for multiple daily payments? Is this possible?

We want to be able to send ETH to a smart contract and have it disburse those funds to all token holders proportionately.

I've read through a few implementations but they required things like freezing trades, creating a transaction, etc. Is there a better way to handle daily payouts, preferably multiple per day?

Also, if you can make this happen please give me a quote.
