Have your say. I vote yes!
Without the possibility of refunds all incentives are removed to keep to the estimates/promises/dreams made by the vendor. With refunds, the risk of failure is shared both by the vendor and the buyer.
If the vendor delivers on time, everyone is happy. If the vendor is late, the buyer can cut his/her losses and invest elsewhere. This motivates the vendor. If the vendor goes bust, everyone loses. Capitalism and risk taking at its most cruel.
We're all taking risks while also supporting the Bitcoin network. The two are not incompatible.
