How to use this?

I am trying to develop some miniy keys for cold storage but I do not understand what to do from here:

I have a mac. Do I just go through each one and put all the code into terminal? Any help how to get started would be much appreciated

I could use a virtual machine on mac maybe?

It is written in C# so you need to use mono to compile it. But since you sound like a newbie, might be best to pay some one to compile it for you and send you the binary. Yes this can be unsafe.
