Wanting to start a discussion about coins people are mining that haven't hit the exchanges yet. Most of the lists I see are dated on this topic. Also, what pool preference and miner is being used.

what pool preference and miner is being used.
Fees of the Pool, Hashrate on the Pool, Legit of the Pool, Stable of the Pool, Frequency find the Block, and easy if withdraw.

I assumed he/she true total noob and doesn't know search function or maybe has been searched an article but he/she don't understand but I understand all need the process.

Yeah, I don't think people will let out their secrets for the simple reason they don't want to get their profits hurt, especially with NH a$$holes that are just going to send a giant chunk of hashing power on the coin. I do spend quite some time searching for coins with potential and low diff and it usually pays off.

2 of the coins I discovered before everyone started mining the shit out of them were SUMO and ETN. I was lucky enough to accumulate several thousands for sumo and tens of thousands for ETN. Then they got listed on WTM and today I would barely mine 10 sumos a day for instance.

So don't take it personally, but do your own research for the coins.

I can tell you I use gateless gate sharp for mining.
