What are your future plans? Currently mining ZEC and not sure if i should convert it to ETH or just hodl and keep my investments in 2 coins

both are good for different people so you have to decide which one of these people you want to be like!

a trader or an earner.
mining will give you money no matter what. if your setup is decent (low electricity bill, good devices, ...) you will make profit. that is easier for most people.
trading may or may not give you any profit. it is a risky business and with all these altcoin pump and dumps things become even harder. so if you are familiar with trading then choose that.
Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

ZEC has a good potential for growth, the more it is strongly supported by the miners. The etherium is number 1 for me. I am sure that questions with scalability will be solved. I would hold both coins.

Rather than mining and i'm a bit interested in investing on the crypto. Said to make all of the things clear and then you must try to calculate how many hashrate power you can generate from all of your amount and how long you will get your ROI back again.
