Need help with handle servers and build Website! (No Freelancers)

Hey all i got i quite well reach with a Brand (FB, Insta,) and i want to move a level up now.
I need help from someone who can set up and handle all technical parts. I want to set up a Magazine (a blog or something like that, at least the content will be Videos, typical kind of these are u see every day in your timeline on FB) and monetize it with crypto.

I got a budget to organise all these things but i don't want a paid service, i need a partner joins me and built up a network with me (maybe in future more).
