I just signed up for BTCQuick, and off the bat it asked for my full name when registering. now it requires I purchase a membership, give them a pic of my license, and give them my phone number. Is all of this normally required, without even being shown the rates of theBTC?? It says there a 4-7% fee for noobs or so, but doesn't show what BTC costs. I am extremely sketched out now and now they have my full name and email address. Has anyone used them? I feel I shouldn't have used my real name for this sketchy site....

You mean they didn't ask for a pubic hair sample and cheek swab!   Cheesy Tongue Cheesy

J/K This company is great and I use it for most of my BTC buying needs. Once you get verified it's smooth sailing.  Grin

Thanks guys, I will look into completing my registration. idk though if I still feel comfortable giving them all they ask for, but atleast now I know they aren't going to rip me off xD  thanks again

This one accept CC and this is the reason why they need to charge higher fees and take extra precaution against fraud. Chargeback risk is extremely high when selling BTC via CC.

If you want to buy bitcoins, WITH MUCH LESS INFO, then you should use coinbase. They require Name, Phone Number, And Bank Info... Thats all. For your first purchase it takes 3-5 business days, but if you give more info then it should all be instant...
