It is almost 3800 masternodes online
if the block generation time is 2 mins, then only 720 blocks generating in 24 hours. So your MN should get 1 reward in 4 days. So as it so much MNs it is better to calculate your rewards during 1 month.
Approx you should get 7-8 reward per month.

I has set up sentinel for Linux VPS.
Today, it looks like the picture below

On your vps type  ./omegacoin-cli masternode status or ./omegacoin-cli masternode list full | grep (your masternode ip)   If there is the status NEW_START_REQUIRED you need to start your masternode from the remote wallet by start alias command.

Will it help to solve WATCHDOG_EXPIRED also? Or does it work only for NEW_START_REQUIRED?

if your status is WATCHDOG_EXPIRED don't worry , you still get reward. you can install sentinel but it does not always work
