Eyeshield here.. i was one crying for scam when it happened but after seeing the team's hardwork I have to admit I was wrong.  I did get the promised Masternodes that i paid for and the blockchain/wallet is working perfectly.  The other group has disappeared (no more discord, no more contact) and i can confirm the original OMEGA team here won this battle.  Sorry for the FUDing before .. you guys did a great job getting the ship back up and floating again.  all the best for this project!

All these masternode coins with 1000% roi are 100% scams the group releasing them have 0 intent to do anything except sell masternodes   u might make some money but all the noobs that get tricked in will lose and probably wont invest anymore and tell their friends how they got scammed that means less money comming into crypto the money these cloners take out of crypto wont come back in.

Why not doing a thread with the list of the last scam coins that have lasted less than 2-3 months?
It would even create a place where we can bet for the current scam coins, who will guess the next scam coin?

I respect your opinion and I don't think I'm a big fish in this game, but my 100k invested is now close to 7 figures so I really don't mind if I lose some $$$ on these masternodes (I lose more when I refresh my balance lol). The key to succeed in this game is to not invest more than you can afford to lose, which most do.

Why I'm saying that only BTC and ETH have proven something? Because if I want to withdraw my cryptocurrency to my bank account I can't do it with Monero, Dash, LTC, Neo, OmiseGo or anything else. Like I said I have faith in some projects on the long run, but when it comes to liquidity only BTC and ETH make the rules.

I finally solved it. If anyone else has this problem I recommend checking Tools->Information->Datadir to know the path for your wallet files. It turns out my omega.config file was named omegacoin.config for some reason.

Occasionally I go through the code and noticed a condition. I think you need to wait for full cycle but the condition is not adjusted for omega. It is dash cycle (2.6 min per block).

I tracked the unpaid MN a few days now. Around 25% of all MN are without rewards. You have to wait around 5-6 days with luck - it looks like it´s going up... . if you need to restart the node or your VPS you´ll set to zero, this is what happened to me and what really sucks!

I really do not understand why there is no clear statement concerning this problem. Maybe they sees no issue, but this also would be a statement and everybody would know and that there are no improvements planned. It is okay to wait, but nobody can (or is willed to) give clear answers. You´ll only hear: "Be paitent, you need to wait, deal with it, yeah there are too much masternodes around". Yo see people asking the same questinons day by day and this is no inpaitend child behavior. They´re uncertain and when you ask you receive facepalm gifs... 25% of the masternode holders support the project and are apparently not taken seriously.

My Master Node has now been online for 4d 21h 49m and NO PAYOUT YETS.

I am waiting to see the first payout and when it might happen. But consider this.... the reason MasterNodes have the potential to make us a 1/2 million bucks is because it is the new currency on the market. 

If this was guaranteed, then the rate would be very low and not attractive for high returns. 

I am buying and holding.   If there are no payouts that does not mean it is a scam, it means that the dev's are still working.

This thing might go bust.  But we are big guys and we can deal with it. 

All we need is one good one like Dash and everyone is happy.

if the block generation time is 2 mins, then only 720 blocks generating in 24 hours. So your MN should get 1 reward in 4 days. So as it so much MNs it is better to calculate your rewards during 1 month.
Approx you should get 7-8 reward per month.

I really don't recommend this coin.  They created a bounty in February, where we needed to contact some exchanges and 3 to get it listed, there where 3 different exchanges, I have completed it but never received the payment. I asked about it and first they told me to wait because they aren't paying it yet, because the price is going down. After a few weeks I asked again on the help channel because the bounty one was deleted, the Devs never answered and on mod asked me what bounty, after I told him, I never got a response back.

1. Rescan blockchain files
2. Rebuild Index
3. Recover transactions 1

This release aims to test the following user story - https://trello.com/c/fUEDmNen/8-as-a-network-member-i-want-to-select-my-username-only-during-registration-and-the-password-to-be-generated-for-me-and-persisted.

Some of you questioned us about sombrero.network, however this domain is a test domain which our developer is using as a storage to test the our new technology which basically can be named as a "pre-release".
The app platform is available in a pre-released form. Therefore we're looking to collaborate with our community as much as possible to stresstest the technology, therefore would be great if we can receive a pair of usernames along with your discord #id to make this happen, please write it on #test channel.
The upcoming releases will be published on our developer github, organization named "sombrero-network". Omega Network github organization will lately fork from here : https://github.com/sombrero-network/omega/releases/tag/1.0.0d The repo will be named omega-governance.

If all testers can see a message on "Market" tab in the app(mac or win) stating:
"You just made a call to witness server with your user credentials using websocket secure protocol.

Discord community if full of fake accounts and bot. be careful. I lost big here too. My advice move on. Their goal was to never make a real product there is no plans no roadmap nothing other than a copy of code.

This is Constantin an active OMEGA coin developer. Do you agree that if someone has found those 9 hours of time to actually do the development, using SCRUM methodology and following "roadmap"(kanban in our case) with daily reports on the progress, it can be considered a more or less correct project expansion? People read posts like yours that put a bad shade on our project. Please do constructive criticism, you can find a squeezed information blocks on our Discord without watching long video streams just to understand what our project is all about. I am lucky here to get at least one active developer of myself, but when we get more and more interested devs coming, even if they do some temporary development, that was the case during last few weeks, our community consider our project healthy. I can possibly agree with you in regards of all projects/coins out there to be considered a complete waste of time an money until they ship and publish next release that you applied to OMEGA. I just wanted to give everyone our community's view on the project, that project is active and we do daily progress on the codebase that is currently is done more on this repo - https://github.com/sombrero-network/omega and less on others.
