I've seen recently this new ICO called Ethereum Cash Pro,
they are offering 10,000 coins for signing up.

I admit that I find all the details very sketchy, but I didn't
find any negative review so far.

Do you know something about it? What do you think?

I wouldn't risk it if you have to make any investment in it. If there is just airdrop than it is ok in my opinion. Just be careful not to give private keys.
