great, happy mining sorry about my mistake, we are all but human   I guess an automated ordering system would take away from that, but I like the personal touch of direct communication.

For people wondering what this is about: I ordered 2 units just before his birthday and the price drop from 0.095 to 0.035 per unit. After a week I hadn't received my order so I contacted elastic. He took my word for it that I hadn't received them (there ofcourse is always a possibility that postnl lost them) and indicated that he probably forgot to send them due to the large amount of orders following the price drop. He (re)send the units and also gave me a partial refund for the delay and price drop. Couldn't have been handled better by any other seller I think.
