For some reason I can buy kingdom come delivarence for 19.99$. And yes its global as I already checked with steamdb plugin. So I thought maybe I can sell some for 30$ worth of btc if anyone is willing to buy. I can only buy as gifts and for myself so I cant provide cd key but I can send the game directly through steam . If you understand how steam gifting works you will understand. That means I can send only one copy of the game to one steam account not more.
