In the body please include local discussion thread link; outside link (to the law, case, announcement, etc)

3) I will update this post with:

     1) Upcoming decisions, actions, meetings, etc.
     2) Past decisions, filings, meetings, announcements, etc


4) Make sure to follow #2, see post #2 for an example post
