So my parents have been wanting to do business with people from Argentina.
But they say they can't move money out the country.
So I thought to myself, woot here comes captain bitcoin.
But then I realized that most places only accept money for bitcoins do it in either dollars, pounds, euros or rubbles.
The only place I could find argentinian pesos for bitcoins is localbitcoins.
But that place is too risky to move large amounts of money.

There are some volume in Argentina.

There is mail list where people place bids/asks[1] and also some facebutt groups.

There exchange price is in between bitstamp and mtgox AND the USD/ARS rate is the so called 'Dollar Blue' (we called just as this, in english indeed). Here you have a site with a reference price[2]. You can trade in localbitcoins but there is a big gap. Also there is a new site like localbitcoins but only for local market[3].

Just to complete the information there is a lot of activity in the local bitcoin community due the well known market restrictions. The Argentinian Bitcoin Foundation is being consolidated[4], and we are making a lot of events where trade occurs and we work around bringing bitcoin to the people[5].

Hope that serves! Just ask for anything you need to know.

I'm from Argentina, but I'm not sure I understand exactly what it is that you need.

These are the ways to buy BTC with Arg. pesos:

+ Virwox using your CC or Paypal (you buy in USD and pay Pesos to VISA/MC/etc.)
+ Local Bitcoins
+ Act as exchange for a tourist coming to Argentina (he gives you USD/EUR and you give him Pesos to use during his stay; he avoids getting scammed at black market/airport exchange (yes! they scam over here)).
+ Buy from someone in the forum whom you absolutely trust and willing to sell you through a service like Square or Paypal (so you can use your CC's and pay them in Pesos). For this to happen, he must really trust you given he is accepting a CC trade which can be abused in your favor.

Expect above average fees in all of the above.
