You want to exclude any fee that is not necessary so basically anything but network fees and since exchanges have trading and withdrawal fee, It would be better to trade with individuals from the forums directly instead of using a service.

There is this: Online Cryptocurrency Wallet Cryptonator. In addition to 15 digital coins, it can also store, exchange and spend $ and
euros. Given the greater volatility of digital coins, you can even win with such an exchange. In addition, the exchange operations in the wallet are almost instantaneous, that is, there is no need for transactions.

It is very difficult to convert Ethereum to Btc with fewer transaction fees because the same process everywhere will charge you for the same transaction but unrecognized sites offer fewer transaction fees but I'm not sure that it is reliable because you do not have that much trouble.

On the Internet a lot of exchangers online. Personally I use a monitoring bestchange. There are proven exchangers that have a lot of positive reviews for honesty, speed and pleasant Commission.

This wont cut the transaction fees.

Miners fee are permanent, so if there is a service that offers less fee, dont deal with them.

Just a reminder.

The most efficient way but still we need to pay for fees when transferring BTC to another wallet.

I would say that the less expensive option would be to use Coinbase. When I say coinbase, I actually mean they trading platform called Gdax, but you just need one account, since you will be using the same coinbase credentials to login into gdax.

You can then deposit in Gdax making a normal bitcoin transaction. You will pay fees here, but only the normal bitcoin fees, that are actually much lower now. Once you do this, you will need to exchange your BTC to Ether, using their platform. The "trick" here, to avoid any more fees, is to place an order at a price that is not the market price (they call this being a maker). This way you will not pay trading fees. It will probably take some time, so you can get your price, but since the market is very volatile, you should be ok.

Now that you have ether, and remember that at this time, you paid BTC normal fees and nothing else. You can now withdraw ether to any address you like, and Gdax doesn't charge fees for withdrawals. So with this option, you will change BTC to Ether, by only paying normal BTC fees.

there are two different fees that you should't mix up.
trading fees:
which is a percentage of your trade size and it differs from exchange to exchange. if you want to lower it then you have to find an exchange that has a lower fee. also some exchanges have the option to lower this fee if you are trading a lot. for example if you have 10BTC trading volume it will go from 0.2% to 0.15% (just an example).

transaction fees:
is a fee that you pay when you make an on-chain transaction. to avoid it you have to go off the chain! which means using third parties and increasing your risk of getting scammed by them. you can do it through exchanges or services like coinbase.
when you make an on-chain transaction (for both bitcoin and ethereum) it depends on the "traffic" so to speak. if the network is congested your transaction will be stuck and you will have to pay a higher fee.

this is one good point, but in this way escrow will be needed, ofcoure you dont want to deal with scammers since you only want to convert ethereum to bitcoin.and the wallet transfer has a big bee rtoo.other than that those legitimate exchanges.

In addition, we must admit that in forums related to the topic of money, these scammers are many times larger. To become the guarantor for transactions between two random people no one will.

I heard that blockchain.info wallet have built in exchange we can convert our bitcoins to ethereum and vice versa but I never did that before but it is one of the best wallet so you can try this method.
Or you can find some trusted trader here in our forum and but ethereum from him directly so you only have to pay that the transaction fee and it is very very cheap now it is affordable for you.

Each and every exchange has deposit and withdraw fee so it can not be omitted if you want to trade through exchange but some exchange really has low fee structure like Poloniex so you can use it to convert you Ethereum to Bitcoin but you need to know that the trasaction fee will be change accordingly to the traffic in blockchain network.
