Yeah I follow you a bit. Decentralized exchanges are progressing well and they could replace centralized soon. Currently, they are still slow and cannot handle enough transactions per seconds to compete with centralized ones, and most of them doesn't have enough trading pairs to satisfy everyone.
This will not happen this year, but as regulations are coming, some people will try to avoid KYC and others regulations effects so decentralized exchanges will be an asile for all of them.
I do not know as of now what are the exchanges or projects that are decentralized. But I think it is good to be decentralized since cryptocurrency is made for the decentralization.
