Hello, I was trying to find a definitive answer to this by searching but I couldn't find what I was looking for so I would appreciate some help.
I'm looking for a game like just-dice, but JD has a 1% house edge. Does anybody know of a similar gambling site that offers a lower house edge and is also provably fair? I believe the general consensus for dice games is that the house edge is set at 1% but there isn't any damage in asking. I remember quite a while ago that there was a dice site that offered a 0% edge (I dont think it was provably fair though) but I assume they are no longer in business or maybe my memory is playing tricks on me?
If you know of any casinos with a very low house edge, whether dice or not, I would be interested to know about them.
Thanks for your help.
EDIT: maybe this post belongs in Gambling Discussion? apologies if it does.

Crypto-Games.net has dice with 0.8% house edge. I don't know if that is lowest available but it's pretty good. They also have faucets and Rainbot giving away coins in chat. Often the promotions and other giveaways counter the house edge. You have to decide which of those you prefer.

Safedice has a 0.5 % variable house edge: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=868275.0However, it is variable, which means that if you want to bet really large you will be faced with a higher house edge that can go up to several %. Given the fact that most players place rather small wagers they will never encounter a higher house edge than 0.5 %.

I enjoyed playing bustabit when it was possible to beat the house edge by sniping out the bonus, but that feature was removed and so I stopped playing. It's actually a shame that the game was changed because I believe the ability to beat the house edge was its selling point.

The publicly proven Bitcasino scam has theoretically a 0% house edge, because they have to give you all your losses back, because they operate illegal without a valid license.

I do not think that crypto-games has that low house edge unless for event. Or may be you should be on particular rank to get those. For usual member, there is average for every site and that is around 1%, no less or even higher. Nowadays many sites offer that rainbot to make the chat lively so it does not really have huge impact OP, why do you care about house edge, if you are not playing in a long run then house edge does not really matter because it is effective only for autobot roller which they runs their bot daily

House edge is not only the variable one should consider while betting on a website.Casino's reputation, stand in the community and trust should also be considered before blindly depositing money. Some websites can lure you with zero percent house-edge and run scams behind the screen. Indeed Crypto-games.net is the most trusted of them all.

I agree with you just not because of you are wearing their signature but on every site, this thing will be the same, that is why I am saying that house edge does not really matter as long as they can keep maintaining their site and their player good enough then players do not even bother spend some money on your site Anyway, TheQuin, thanks for giving the details about the house edge on crypto-games but actually 0.2% difference does not make a really big deal

There was one I was just looking at in the last hour that promoted it having a 0.7% house edge which I found low. Too even allowing it to be below 1% even to be possible but in seeing this thread, I know there are alot more that offer less than that now.

....... Anyway, TheQuin, thanks for giving the details about the house edge on crypto-games but actually 0.2% difference does not make a really big deal I wasn't saying it was a big deal I was just trying to answer the OP's question. It was a bit odd that you disputed the figure I gave. As I said in my first post promotions etc. often offset the house edge. Over in the Freebitco.in thread there are countless posts telling everyone not to gamble there because of the high house edge. That fails to acknowledge that they are getting lottery tickets, reward points, 50% referral commission, 4% interest on balances and the faucet paid for out of that. You have to weigh the whole package up to make a comparison. Crypto-Games is a very competitive package. 0.8% House Edge, Faucet, Rainbot, 25% of house edge referral commision and progressive jackpot on dice (currently 3.25BTC).

In case of "lowest" house edge then I can say that 999dice has the lowest one because their HE is 0.1% but I would not recommend you to put your money on that site because there are many scam accusations against 999dice. There were also some moneypot apps that has variable house edge starting from 0.1% as well but I'm not really sure if the apps are still alive or not.

Well it should be common sense then. They have a crazy low house edge and how do they stay in business? They must be scamming people. Unless the site got tons of traffic like PD they can't afford such a low house edge. Usually there are promos and they have 0% house edge for like a day or week or so. Those are usually legit but they are temporarily.

999Dice, yeah this the the dice site I remember from all those years ago. Funny thing is this member would always enter into the JD chat and spam the website link. Is this the same code as the old bustabit? I'll read the faq later. Ill check out Crypto-Games.net because I didn't know about this site. Thanks for the replies.

Well, for freebitco.in it would be a bad idea to actually gamble there, especially when you want to deposit to gamble on their dice game. All those extra's they're offering are useless if you just want to play the dice game. In those cases it's better to just deposit to Crypto-Games for example. Also compare the freebies of freebitco.in to all the promotions on CG and I'd say the ones on CG are better.

Actually, those reward points and lottery tickets they give you for every 500 sats wagered are not useless, they have value. That's the point I'm making here, a straight comparison of sites can't be done by looking at the house edge alone. In those cases it's better to just deposit to Crypto-Games for example. Also compare the freebies of freebitco.in to all the promotions on CG and I'd say the ones on CG are better.
I play on both sites and I prefer CGN for another reason. I love playing roulette. It's about entertainment and house edge doesn't really impact on that.
