The core team consists of 6 people. All except Janis Graubins have a technical background and were the ones that developed architecture for Latvian ID cards as well as e-signature solution for Latvian citizens. In this capacity team has been able to close and deliver digital identity product to such a big names as UBS and Credit Suisse:

Besides the core team we have also great Advisors that come from Business side: Ernest Jenavs is CEO of Edurio and Private Investor. Before this he was working as a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Then we also have Dimitrios Psarrakis that is Blockchain Regulation Advisor for European Parliament. And finally we have Simon Cocking that is one of the most influential writers about the Blockchain in the field.
We choose to have a small talented team as opposite to a large mediocre team. In our experience that always pays off. We could have chosen to have a large team and many impressive advisors, but that would mean also that our burn rate would be much higher.
Investors are attracted through PR and using already established connections. Company has been around already for 2 years and prior to this have attracted $300k from private investors as well as have established relationship with some of the biggest VCs. Team has plan to capitalise on these connections and use existing investors as ambassadors for attracting new investors. As for PR, company representatives are asked quite often to participate in Investment related conferences as Keynote Speakers.
