I know about blog bounty, about spreadsheets but I cant find the right ICO. Even I cant find the bounty page of specific ICO, where they explain their rules or they give us their spreadsheet link. Please tell me how to find a new ICO and its bounty page?

If you know already a good ICO just go on Google and type " Bounty *name_of_ICO" and the work is done.

Be careful about all the rules before doing any work if you don't want to waste time. Also, you should read carefully the whitepaper of a project before deciding to join the bounty. There are a lot of ICOs that you can rule out by doing that. Check the team and their experience, check the ANN threads for any question that didn't get an answer or any other sign of fraud.
