DigitalOcean doesn't provide cPanel, although you can install it yourself supposing you have a license for it (which, btw, is more expensive than the VPS itself). This hosting I suggested is mostly for people that can handle unmanaged hosts, it could be a good opportunity to learn how to setup everything yourself if you have some time to learn. I know they provide adequate answers to issues you might face, and there is also a good amount of posts regarding on how to setup things there.
As for your other requirements, you are free to setup as many domains as you want/need. You have full control of the VPS (otherwise the company shouldn't even call it a private server).

Im 13 years old! Im just a PhP dev, and dont know much about web server, just how to use php... Could you link me to a good tutorial. Also any install scripts for these?
