It means you didn't report any work done here on this thread before the 29th day of that month. So there was nothing to count.

This means that the following rule applies to you:
If you made more than 7 Facebook posts/shares during any 7-day period to your Facebook page/profile that seem like ads or bounty hunting (regardless of what project/business they were about), any posts or shares about Bitcoin 2 to your FB page/profile won't be counted for this bounty program, starting on April 6. Unless they clearly got enough attention from your friends or followers (measured by likes, replies, shares). This is because most of the Facebook campaign participants have just one big spam fest on their Facebook profile and that is not useful to us. Also, any stakes earned by such a Facebook user will be counted at the "less than 250 friends+followers or group members" tier, regardless of how many friends + followers that Facebook user has. Replies, likes and group posts by these Facebook users are still counted.
