Question about selling and withdrawing BTC

Hello,
I'm searching some info about where to sell my BTC for a price ~like on Bitmit (i'm selling there). Where to sell these Bitcoin or withdraw them to my bank account (Poland) via SEPA or so for the lowest fee (ideally for current Bitmit rate). Every exchange requires a ID verifiaction... is there no other way ?

Hey I use www.coin2pal.info and transfer the funds into my paypal---> bank. hope this helps

 Places like bitpay used for companies who works for bitcoin aswell,

 You need a place like coinbase or mtgox but it is really hard to withdraw from them
