Check your account again maybe you didn't check you profile or its other account you are checking..
Since the merit only works in member account above so your account is not affected unless if your old post wasted deleted and your post count was low possible that you activity too will drop and your rank drop to newbie again but there's no problem about your account. .

Your reply's to a deleted thread will lower your post count causing you to get kicked back a level.  You should also check your profile and see if any mods deleted single posts by you due to poor content and not addressing the topic at hand.  Just keep posting quality content and you will build your count over that hump where a few deleted pots here and there will not affect you.
