Purchased an unmetered US VPN from Yalanx a few days ago, got it within 24hrs. So far, I've pumped about 80gb through it with minimal issues.  

EDIT: Seems to be some kind of soft cap around 100gb. If I try to upload continuously, sometimes the connection throttles really bad or drops.

EDIT2: 5/25 The OP has been updated in relation to a fault with the US server. Contacted seller and was provided a temp replacement.

There shouldn't be any kind of caps on usage, the only thing that might happen is if the hosting provider limits bandwidth because of continual usage but this will only happen if usage averages out at over 50GB an hour which is unusual for normal usage.
