Lightfoot and Sidehack inspired me to do something beneficent, so here is what I hope will become a tidy and somewhat complete list of parts (and replacements) found on the Antminer S9. Feel free to contribute and additions, observations or corrections, I'll see that this main post is updated accordingly.

I've been working hard on these silly hashboards. Here's something new i made in Eagle. I've been able to piece this together from measurements and a really bad image I found. That's right, it's the three BM1387s in an S9 hashboard voltage domain. I'll be working on a board layout next.(one domain, showing relationship to both neighbors).

If you're in the know and see a typo, please let me know.

Damn fine work so far! +1 Merit for ya.
AFAIK this is the first information on the s9 circuitry released to the Wild. Got access to an x-ray machine to get a look at the hashboard inner traces?

Maybe I can help but you'll have to rephrase the question, that's not understandable.
Tks

If the chip you are talking about is on the S9 hash board, then I think the name of this chip is NCT218, which is a temperature-sensing IC. Usually it's marked T2*, and its package is WDFN8, not SON-8.
