How do you do this?

just strip red wire and black wire from molex (5V)
cut off AC adapter cable and connect to the plug
or buy a plug/solder it
or buy plug/molex converter
avoid cheap china powered (1A) hubs, if you connect more than 3A to them, they will burn
waste of time and money

What is the power voltage rating on the wall wart? I ask because I found a 12v 6A wall wart that may allow the use of all 10 ports.
