I need help as I want to invest in Ethereum.
What is the best investment for me?
Bitcoin or Ethereum?
And why Huh

of course I prefer to play both because they all have very high demand but I only have a few bitcoin just not too much I have a lot is ETH because ETH the price is still cheap and its financial condition is very good and the development of ETH is also very good it making ETH a potential for an expensive coin.

60% on ETH, 40% on BTC. In this moment, ETH has more growth potential than BTC, plus it's cheaper, and therefore, you have more opportunities of getting bigger earnings on your investment

I should say: both!!
If you diversificate your investments, this is easy to get profits. Why choose one?
If you can just to select both, I believe this is the best way. Both BTC and Ether are strong ones. Ethereum is based on an evolution of blockchain, and it faster. BTC is the king of the crypto.
I think both of them are good investments and to have both is the best of all.

These days, ethereum’s value continuos to grow. Therefore, it is really good to invest on ethereum now. Also, the fact that ethereum is one of the most common used coin out there makes it more eligible as a coin that will overpower bitcoin, it is the only one that I can feel that has the potential.

Now both have broad crypto investors community like us, But now I am following only ETH as a investment since last 6 months.
  • Both are powered by the principle of distributed ledgers and cryptography, the two differ in many technical ways. For example, the programming language used by ETH is Turning complete whereas BTC is in a stack based language.
  • ETH transaction is confirmed in seconds compared to minutes for BTC and their basic builds like ETH uses ethash while BTC uses secure hash algorithm, SHA-256.
  • BTC is created as an alternative to regular money and is thus a medium of payment transaction and store of value, ETH is developed as a platform, which facilitates peer-to-peer contracts and applications via its own currency vehicle.
  • While BTC and ETH are both digital currencies, the primary purpose of ETH is not to establish itself as a payment alternative like Bitcoin. But to facilitate and monetize the working of ETH to enable developers to build and run distributed applications.

These two coins are best profitable platform but Bitcoin is more profit when compared to Ethereum . Because Bitcoin is gradually increasing in the value but Ethereum is constantly increasing so Bitcoin is quick profit for next year. Else if you invest in short term investment you should choose Ethereum.  But my opinion is you should invest 50/50 of both the coins is the best investment.
I'm as good as your opinion, 50/50 investment between bitcoin and ethereum is the best solution to marginalize from loss, can also benefit from some coins and have two handles

A very strange comparison, but in any case, I have to say that both coins should exist, because these are very dependent projects. After all, ethereum is a fairly large and stable project, and bitcoin is the boss of all crypto-currencies

It is important to understand how much money you want to invest. If the amount does not exceed 10 thousand dollars, buy the best Ethereum. If you want to invest more than 20 thousand dollars, then buy 1 Bitcoin, and spend the rest on Ethereum.

This question has appeared on the forum so many times. I suggest to you just to read the topics in here before opening a new one with the same question.
Please check this out:

Personally I suggested to you just to invest in both, diversification is always the best chance to get profits.

I suggest you keep both coins. With ETH value going up you should keep a few. Bitcoin of course. Who wouldn't keep bitcoins. I trade it too. Sell and cash out at high value then rebuy on dip.

In my opinion to you Bitcoin and Ether are both great investment and they both potential to earn profit. As of today the two coin are growing fast its value and to invest money within is giving opportunity to earn profit in the future. Based on the news release on bitcoin and ether the value of this two will rise this first quarter of the year until mid year and to buy this both coin are great opportunity now.

As an educational organization we would say learn about managing finance.

As the founder of Ethereum mentioned in one of his tweets:
Reminder: cryptocurrencies are still a new and hyper-volatile asset class, and could drop to near-zero at any time. Don't put in more money than you can afford to lose. If you're trying to figure out where to store your life savings, traditional assets are still your safest bet.

So we advise you that learn about market risks. Understand underlying technology. See if the technology that they use has enough real life applications to hold it up for future. We are developing an smartphone decentralized eduactional app that uses Ethereum smart contract features and our ERC 20 token to provide an affordable education for all. So we bet our future with the technology that ethereum platform offers us. That's what we can recommend.

Both bitcoin and Ethereum have their advantages and like most other cryptocurrencies, which one is right for you is very much dependent on your financial situation and what you want out of your investment. If you want to buy in to the most proven cryptocurrency with the most developer support, bitcoin is the better of the two currencies.
If you plan to make more regular transactions, to pay for goods or services, or send cryptocurrency to a loved one, Ethereum is much more manageable. With less of a scaling problem, its blockchain is far more open and you'll see your currency confirmed far faster. You'll be charged much less for the privilege too. It's not perfect, but it's far better than bitcoin in that respect. if you plan to put money into bitcoin or Ethereum, do your research first. This is still a young venture and the future of any and all of them is far from certain.

Bitcoin is still the king of cryptocurrency, and it has been getting a lot of investors attention over the past a year or so. As a lot of ICOs using Ethereum platform, Ethereum has got a very high prospect in 2018 and it is also gaining ground day by day.

Best solution for doubting minds and they will eliminate the confusion and losses will not be hurting for them if dump cames since we doesn't put our money in one basket. And Bitcoins and Ethereum are serious coins so theirs no doubt that it could bring us the profit what we desired on future.

As you are interested to invest in Ethereum.  In my views you are at right track. Ethereum is better investment than Bitcoin.  Bitcoin is gaining price only due to popularity. Whereas Ethereum has real business.

In my opinion you should split your funds up and diversify as much as possible. 50% high caps 30%(rank 1-10) midcaps 20%(11-29) lowcaps(rank 30-80)
If you invest into good coins you will have the benefit of your 50% BTC and high caps protecting your capital as well as the gains that come with a good lowcap that hasnt gone boom yet.

Make sure you research your chosen coins properly and that they are good projects.

If you are intent on only BTC or ETH though, I would say 60% BTC 40% Eth.

This market is high risk  enough, bitcoin is the safest of the lot. Its better to take the risk out wherever you can imho.

Dogs are nice, I don't like cats though.
