Leave it there so the money is lost forever?

Order a 0 BTC transaction and use the 0.0001 BTC to pay the transaction? (I have actually tried this option and multibit didn't allow it)

Move it somewhere else without paying a fee?

What are the good practices in this case?

You can just move it without fees

You can move it without any fees attached. Because it's a small amount, I guess you won't be in a rush for it?

It is wallet I was planning to abandon and I was just curious to know what people do in this odd situation ...

It is differnt if you already made a lot of transactions

You can import the private key into another wallet and include the .0001 in a future payment where fees are paid from another address.

i'm in the same situation and I just leave it sitting there abandoned, I suppose it's not that big of a deal but it does mean this amount is out of the system

Make backup of the wallet, maybe it will be usefull one day
